HPC Revolution is our halo product at HPC.  It was our first ever bike with a frame fully fabricated in the United States.  It was and still is mitered, jigged, TIG welded, heat treated, cold quenched, straightened, media blasted, and powder coated in California, USA. We are proud that this is a home grown bike, and we still assemble every part by hand in our Simi Valley, CA manufacturing facility.  We proudly hand cut and cold roll all 36 pcs of the Phil wood 12g spokes on every hand built wheel we make in house. 1) Gobs of Power

Revolution for 2025 has just upped the ante, and for 2025, the Revolution can be optioned with a massive new 9,000W power system, while the X version will now offer up to 10,000W of power.  These two systems are powered by the Nucular Electronics P24F FOC/Sine Wave controller and offer the industries highest efficiency and reliability.  The shove and silent acceleration you get from these massively powerful systems is an experience you are not soon to forget.

2) Smooth Operator

Butter.  That is how I can describe the ride and feel of the Revolution.  With 9.5 inches of suspension travel, and a high end hub motor, there is a quiet, vibration free silence, that combined with the plush suspension of the Revolution, provides a buttery, smooth ride, unlike any other electric bike I have ever been on. If there were an ebike equivalent to a Bentley or Rolls Royce, this is it.

3) Hand Crafted Quality

As I wrote about in the opening paragraph, the Revolution is proudly built by hand by dedicated craftsmen right here in Simi Valley.  We believe that our craftsmanship is a work of art, and that the level of care, love and detail we put into every bike cannot be replicated by machines. Check out the quality of the welds on the frame.  Upon closer inspection, when you look at the fine details, is where you can tell we went above and beyond in crafting these one of a kind masterpieces.

4) Silence

The absence of noise allows you to become one with your environment. When exploring offroad trails, you hear the stream rushing by your tires, and the birds chirping in the trees.  Even the slightest breeze through the forest is audible as you explore because the Revolution's high quality hub motor is basically noise free.  The silent rush of acceleration as you give the throttle a healthy twist is nothing less than intoxicating.
